BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A leading consulting firm in Doha, urgently required a
Business Development Manager
The candidate must have:
10-15 years experience in the engineering industry with
at least 5 years in Qatar.
ICE, IStructE or MEng qualifications or other similar
qualifications is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of the consulting engineering
industry, issues, trends and competitors and have
a demonstrated record of success in leading a business
development unit to win private and public sector
contracts.
Proven track record in business development.
Excellent negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
Fluent in English (being his/her native language is a plus)
Ability to:
- Develop the proposal plans for large government contracts, business & market strategy.
- Develop strong customer relationships.
- Enhance and understand the competitive position within Qatar (and the Gulf region) market.
