NCR is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant/
Secretary for its Qatar Office
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate
technical/administrative expertise and should apply specialised functional area
skills - to manage administrative processes, procedure and information flow.
major responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support to a member of the NCR Leadership
Team
• Manages schedules, correspondence flow and file management
• Reviews incoming mail and highlights issues of top priority
• Researches qualitative and quantitative information
• Interfaces with client executives and business/community leaders
• Manages Customer Events and Marketing Activities
• Handles interface with Third Party suppliers
• Handles Interface with Media and Manages Press Releases
Qualifications/experience/Profile:
• University Degree/ Certificate from a Management Institute
• Good written and spoken English & Arabic
