PROCUREMENT MANAGER

A Qatar based Oil and Gas Services Company with an
excellent work environment needs self- motivated , energetic,
ambitious, hardworking personnel for the following positions.
Position: PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Education & Certification:
l Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or any Engineering field
l Strong negotiation skills and should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
l GCC experience preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Engineering/ Technical Experience with procurement/material
management / supply chain management
l Assist with the procurement of equipment, supplies, and materials at competitive market rates
l Coordinate with the suppliers for getting the orders on time and develop a strong network with
the sub-contractors and suppliers
l Maintain records on purchase orders, quotation etc and administer E-Procurement
l Track and monitor reports on trends
l Supervise and control the reception of purchased materials with regard to agreed purchasing
details and technical approval of the concerned departments.
l Maintain a full database system of procurement, update the data and secure the entire
procurement processes
l Prepare and submit on timely manner all weekly and monthly reports to the Reporting Head.
