SENIOR ARCHITECTS / ARCHITECTS/ STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS

A consulting company needs the following positions:
SENIOR ARCHITECTS / ARCHITECTS
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
l Must have at least 8 to 12 years related experience for senior / 3 to 8 years for junior
l Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture
l Having a consulting experience is an advantage
l Can work with the development team in completing architectural packages: DC-1, DC-2, Tender & Construction
drawings
l Knowledgeable in coordination to other work disciplines: Structural, MEP, etc.
l Can manage to work architectural drawings/details and submittal checking
l Can work fast in Autocad with less supervision
l Ability to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
l Having a grade A from Urban Planning is an advantage (for senior)
l Competent applicant will receive a competitive salary package
l Can provide photo copies of college diploma, experience certificates & NOC is a must
l Must have at least 7-10 years working experience
l Structural engineers with experience in building/high rise structure with design experience in STAAD/Etab/Safe/
AutoCAD/Revit structure
l Experience in steel design will be advantageous
