MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



To oversee the design, modelling, execution and analysis of Process engineering requirements on a project, proposal or tender as per client instructions, in a timely, technically and economically optimum manner to meet the overall Project / proposal objectives


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE



Must have 15 years work experience
Proficient in preparation of PFD’s and P&ID’s for process facilities (Oil and Gas/ Offshore / Petrochemical) and utilities, Heat and Mass balance, Cause & Effect charts design of equipment and instrument
preparation of process equipment and instrument data sheets
Hands-on experience in process simulation softwares such as HYSIS, PIPESIM, FLARENET
Experience in HAZOP and SIL review
Must have experience in preparation of process documents (process description, operating control philosophy, instrument philosophy, operating manuals).
Proficiency with other process softwares like FLARESIM, PIPENET and HTRI would be an added advantage.


REPORTING:



Reports functionally to the Head of Discipline and operationally to one or more Project Managers or Engineers




EDUCATION LEVEL:



Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering
Masteral Studies will be an addedd advantage
