POSITION : SYSTEM LEADER (INSTRUMENTATION)



Job Description

Have basic FEED and Detailed Design Architecture Diagrams on revamping projects in an Oil and Gas Project
Function as Project Leader when assigned in projects, responsible for managing a team of 2 engineers and 2 designers and draftsmen and delivering the engineering requirements of the project.
Able to understand Client engineering needs such as constructability and installation scenario options
Able to perform site visits to identify real needs from Operations and translate them into practical activity for TPME
Follow constructions and commissioning activities performed by the CLient to anticipate any trouble during project implementations
To be able to review Client proposals, manage tight schedules and approve the discipline documents
Be able to prepare Close Out reports
Can handle liaising with all project proponents such as Project Managers, Discipline Heads, Client Engineers, Subcontractors and Vendors and Suppliers, HSE Unit Heads involved in the project


SPECIFIC PROJECT SCOPE (Revamping activities of an existing project facility)

Compressor unit monitoring system replacement
Vibration Monitoring system replacement
RGT generators control panels (8) replacements
Modifications of control and safety logics equipment
Installation of associate work
Riser Valves, ESDV modifications


Job Requirements

Degree in Instrumentation Engineering and or Electrical Engineering from a recorgnized University
Master's Degree is an advantage but not required
Expert knowledge in applicable theories, practices and accepted procedures
Shall have at least 10-15 years as an Instrumentation Control Engineer in Oil and Gas Project or related Industry
